We currently ship with USPS only within the continental United States.  

Rates for all shipping methods are determined by the verified shipping address.*   

           *At this time, we are not able to ship to P.O. Box addresses.  

Processing Time


Orders are typically shipped from Alumenart on the following business day for all shipping methods, Monday–Friday, after the payment and delivery address are verified.  

At this time we do not ship on weekends.

Around the holidays, if we experience high volume of orders, it may take 5 business days to process your order. 

Please note that we do not process orders on American statutory holidays, so that our employees can spend time with their families.

Despite carefully planning our shipping, due to the effects of COVID-19 on USPS, you may experience some delays in receiving your order. We thank you for your patience. We’re working diligently to expedite this process on our end.

How Do I Change or Cancel my order?

Our system is designed to fulfill orders quickly to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. This means that once an order is placed, we cannot cancel it, modify any of the items purchased, or change the shipping or billing address.

Returns and Claims

We always try to provide the highest quality product for our customers. If you happened to be unsatisfied with any product purchased in the last 30 days, please let us know as soon as possible about your concerns at, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.  We will not be able to make changes on orders past 30 days.

If we made a mistake, we would like to offer you a choice: a refund on your credit card, or a replacement.
